VINITALY 2025

The Brunello di Montalcino will attend the 57th edition of Vinitaly, in Verona from April 6th to 9th 2025, with 5 exhibition areas and 61 participating Montalcino producers (Hall 9 B4, B5, B6, B7, B8). In the Consortium’s area B6, visitors will be able to taste by appointment the new vintages of the 106 wineries represented in the consortium’s collective area including: Brunello di Montalcino 2020, Brunello di Montalcino Riserva 2019, Rosso di Montalcino 2023, Moscadello di Montalcino and Sant’Antimo.

In the consortium area B6, the third edition of the masterclass “Brunello di Montalcino 10-Year Challenge 2010 vs 2020” hosted by Gabriele Gorelli MW is confirmed, scheduled for Sunday 6 April at 11:00; while on Monday 7 April the masterclass dedicated to Rosso di Montalcino will be hosted by the FIS sommelier and wine expert Massimo Billetto at 11:00.

At the Palaexpo on Tuesday April 8th 11am the Consortium will present the new Geo-viticultural map, the official tool that shows the unique and distinctive characteristics of the denomination. A tasting of 6 labels of Brunello di Montalcino 2020 will follow, commented according to Brunello Forma, the new model for evaluating the vintage. The event will be hosted by: Fabrizio Bindocci – President of the Brunello di Montalcino Wine Consortium, Gabriele Gorelli MW, Andrea Lonardi MW, Marco Antoni and Emilio Machetti Copernico Srl.

Throughout all days, visitors will be able to taste the new vintages of Brunello di Montalcino and Rosso di Montalcino from the wineries represented present in the consortium’s collective area (Hall9 B6) by reservation at the following link: https://forms.gle/6ntw2vCuoqKGNYps7
